Types of Request

Users can submit a request to delete their account, correct information, receive a copy of their data, or restrict processing of their data.

How to Submit a Request

To submit a request, send an email to the address below:

Please include the following in your email:

First and last name
Mobile number registered with Sarop
Country of use
Type of request: account deletion, information correction, data retrieval, processing restriction or withdrawal of consent
A short description of the request

Important Notes

Requests are reviewed after verifying the user's identity. Some data may be retained for a specified period due to legal, security, financial, insurance or medical requirements.

Data Deletion Timeline

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
