Acceptance of Terms
Using Sarop applications and services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Sarop is a digital health software platform and is not a substitute for a physician, emergency services, medical diagnosis, in-person treatment or independent clinical decision-making. Final treatment decisions always rest with the physician, healthcare facility or authorized medical entity.
User Obligations
Users undertake to enter accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for entering inaccurate, incomplete information or information belonging to another person.
Prohibited Uses
Using Sarop for the following is prohibited:
- Identity fraud
- Entering false medical information with intent to deceive
- Unauthorized access to others' information
- Attempting to breach, disrupt or misuse the system
- Use contrary to the laws of the country of use
- Publishing illegal, threatening, offensive or privacy-violating content
Access Restriction
Sarop reserves the right to limit or block a user's access in the event of misuse, a security threat, a violation of law, or an order from a competent authority.
Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, logos, content, designs and intellectual property rights associated with Sarop are owned by Sarop Health or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable within the jurisdiction where the services are provided.
